AeroShell Fluid 41 Mineral hydraulic fluids are designed for aircraft hydraulic systems including wing surface control systems, landing gear, speed retards, and internal hydraulic pumps. This mineral hydraulic oil offers higher cleanliness (Class V) compared to similar products, with excellent low temperature performance.
- Conforms to US Army standard MIL-PRF-5606H
- Mineral-based formulation with antioxidant and wear-resistant additives
- Contains Sudan red dye for easy identification (red appearance)
- High cleanliness level (Class V)

- Widely used in civil aviation, NATO, and general aviation applications
Specifically developed for aircraft hydraulic systems operating in low temperature environments, including:
- Flight wing surface control systems
- Landing gear mechanisms
- Deceleration plates
- Internal hydraulic oil pumps
Important: Compatible with synthetic rubber seals but not natural rubber seals. Sudan red stain has certain toxicity - proper protection should be used during operation. In case of ingestion or eye contact, seek medical attention immediately.
Do not mix with synthetic hydrocarbons or phosphate aviation hydraulic fluids as this may alter chemical properties and performance.
