Extreme Pressure Aviation Chemicals AeroShell Grease 64 Fuselage For Wheel Bearings

AeroShell Grease 64-Fuselage is an extreme pressure grease specifically formulated for the lubrication of wheel bearings and other high-load aircraft components.

This synthetic grease containing molybdenum disulphide combines the superior anti-wear and anti-corrosion properties of AeroShell Grease 33 with enhanced extreme pressure (EP) capabilities. The product operates effectively in temperatures ranging from -73°C to +121°C.

AeroShell Grease 64 is the solution for demanding airframe applications where standard greases are insufficient. While AeroShell Grease 33 meets most general airframe requirements, Grease 64 provides additional protection for:

• Highly loaded sliding applications
• Wheel bearings
• Control mechanisms
• Other slow-moving, heavily stressed components

AeroShell Grease 64 contains synthetic oil and should not be used with incompatible seal materials. While compatible with AeroShell Grease 33, mixing different grease types is generally not recommended for optimal performance.
