TCS-4500
Aircraft Weight and Center of Gravity Measurement System Solution
The aircraft weight and center of gravity measurement system is primarily used to accurately measure aircraft weight and center of gravity.
During operation, the aircraft is towed or pushed onto the system's weighing platform. Each weighing platform is equipped with high-precision load cells. The sensor signals are collected, converted, and processed by a high-performance digital module before being transmitted to a computer. Both wired and wireless transmission methods are available. The computer's weighing management software processes and calculates the received signals, displaying the weight of each wheel, the aircraft's gross weight, and the aircraft's center of gravity on the computer screen. During fuel dumping tests, a center of gravity curve can also be plotted.
