Product Description
AeroShell Landing Gear Fluid (LGF) is a mineral hydraulic fluid (MIL-PRF-5606) with enhanced additives to improve extreme pressure characteristics and natural lubricity. The lubricity agent provides stable thin film protection under normal conditions, while the extreme pressure additive delivers critical load-bearing capacity during high-stress operations like landing/touchdown.
Key Applications
The excellent low temperature properties of AeroShell LGF make it particularly suitable for low temperature operations. The fluid appears straw yellow in color.
