Multigrade Aviation Chemicals AeroShell Oil W15W50 SAE J-1899 Grade

AeroShell Oil W15W-50 is a premium semi-synthetic multigrade ashless dispersant oil specifically developed for aviation piston engines. This special blend combines high quality mineral oil and synthetic hydrocarbons with an advanced additive package formulated for multigrade applications.

The combination of non-metallic anti-wear additives and selected high viscosity index base oils provides exceptional stability, dispersancy and anti-foaming performance. The advanced additive package offers excellent protection for engines operating at extreme ambient temperatures, with ashless anti-wear additives providing exceptional protection for camshafts, lifters and other wearing surfaces.

The formulation includes Lycoming LW 16702 antiwear additive to meet the needs of Lycoming engines requiring improved load carrying, eliminating the need for supplemental additives.
